Exercise, healing, expansion

Today I joined Pistols pen with the roundpen to entice him to move more when I'm not working him. It's working. He has some swelling but it's not huge and it's not hot to the touch and he doesn't mind me checking it, he does, however, mind me telling him he has to run around. He would rather lounge in the sun.
The challenges between he and River have about stopped. The mares are flagging to Pistol and he's like nah my ball sack hurts so you can just keep it.
Every time I go into the pen with Pistol he greets me. I love that still after almost 4 years he is right there with me when I'm in there. I love how we can work at liberty and he does so well. I hope tomorrow to get to work with him some more. Well beyond the having to exercise him for swelling.
I did break down and give him some bite today.
He is so funny every time I give him oral meds he puts his lips and teeth on the ground /dirt and rubs his mouth back and forth . He'd rather have dirt in his mouth. Lol. He is comical.  I cant wait to ride him. I wish it would happen sooner than later.

He is such a good boy and I hsv ed loved raising him and look forward to many more years together. 

I love this horse so much. 

He was such a well behaved stallion, so correct, so built and now as the vet put it he is a very fancy gelding. Mixed emotions regarding gelding him but I'm to old for the whole breeding game, not to mention i have zero patience for stupid people with "big boned" horses that are bordering founder yet want to breed their grade mare. Yes true story. 

So I'll just keep and ride my fancy well built very correct gelding and love him with all my heart.

Hasn't yet arrived but possibly getting this beauty. Broke to ride, owner cant afford her anymore but wants her to have a good home so I've told her she can come here and will have a forever home. She is one hell of a trail horse and I hope she chooses to make that decision.  If so then Welcome beautiful Faith.

Ice, the beautiful daughter that AJ and Willow made when he broke out, jumped fence while I was at work but hey I have an AJ baby. Would have 2 but some bitch conned me into giving Calamity to her.

Bella who is the daughter of my other gray mare Lacy and who is bred to someone else's stallion and due just about any time so I'll have 3 generations.

I have another mother daughter pair too. Belle and Royal. Shes Belles last and final foal.
