Peaches has been having issues with a spot on her leg, almost thinking there is a thorn in there. I'm using Epsom salts poultice on it and it's helping a lot. No puss or anything. I've got her on antibiotics and bute and the swelling is mostly gone and actually is at normal size now or real close. She's very happy to be home and it shows. She is back 100% to being so loving and sweet but then she and I always did have a special bond. Will make a trip to the vet if this spot doesn't start healing better within the next week. I'm going to give it a week to show improvement and then we will see. If it's not showing vast improvements in the next 7 days then we will be hauling to the vet and I'm guessing digging around in it to find the issue. In the meantime I did start hydro therapy today which she seemed to enjoy a lot. She's such a good girl. Just love that mare.
