Blizzard

Well we made it through the blizzard from a week or so ago. I didn't get any pictures, I  was to busy feeding horses 4 times a day and putting blankets on to keep them warm. I don't mind saying it was scary. We lost power for a few hours. Everyone faired a lot better than I expected. 
I've made some decisions and have put about 4 more horses up for sale. Its just to much for me anymore with 18 horses. I want to keep my riders and then there is Cat and Belle and Peaches that will always be with me. I am considering selling Pistol. I'll decide that in the spring after his training. I really love Newt and he is all over me along with Whisper so I  won't be selling those 2 foals.
Ice will be sold or donated to a horse program if I can find a reputable one. Kai, Pasha, Rebel are up for sale but Kira wants Rebel. Rebel is still on the fence though.
Its just to much for me anymore and winter is especially hard, and winter this year has started way early.
Peaches will stay because she's bonded with me and doesn't do well with anyone else. Its been tried. It was not pretty.
Everyone is fat and sassy and healthy. Pray we can keep them that way all winter. It kills me to do this but its become necessary.
I'm sick right now so that doesn't help at all. I just want to sleep right now and get better. Work is a challenge to say the least. Did I mention I'm sick of snow!
