Puppies update

Practice

We got practice in today. He is so automatic. Follows verbal instructions. I love him and the other one too. 

Time to VENT

Dammit people if you don't really need the fucking help stop working the system and sitting on your throne like a queen with a servant. I know she's doing this because she said, " I don't really need the help anymore, I just don't want to do it" (meaning anything for herself like make the damn bed, and everything else. Oh and to top it off she got 2 more cats. Her mother and sister pay for everything for the cats (3) and I have to take care of them physically.  This woman is 61 years old. Fat and lazy. She does manage to feed them each day, I refuse to. NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY!!!!! Oh and she does drive, borrows a neighbors car and goes. That is a secret kept from the organization as well. 

Shady ass shit and it pisses me right the hell off. 

That is all for now,   she's at it again 

Just went to check her mail and she got yet another package. The woman gets more than her daughter but is a shopaholic then runs out of money and goes and gets food from her daughter or has her daughter buy her groceries.  This royally pisses me off. Seriously considering having a talk with the company. 

Holly and Puppies

Holly, my sweet chihuahua had her puppies on June 26, 2024. She had 3 girls and one boy. She has been a Rockstar of a mom. I got a pack n play and put it next to my bed. 

The boy was born dead but I did chest compressions and mouth to mouth and after refusing to give up he came around and has done fantastic ever since. He was a little bigger than the others and I thing he just had a little trouble, but we got him back and everyone is growing like little weeds.

Bo and Rocky

I said I wasn't going to take in anymore horses but a friend of mine that I use to work with is moving back to Minnesota next year by April and she wanted them to be with someone that they would be safe with. I went to see them and they were gorgeous.  Rocky is a purebred Arabian, which anyone that knows me knows that I love Arabians and I didn't have one anymore. Rocky is 15 years old and been there done that kind of horse. I rode him home yesterday. It was a 5 mile ride, we did it in about 2 hours. My other friend and former supervisor came over and she rode Bo. The boys have been ridden from Rayville to Excelsior Springs before. Like I said been there done that kind of horses. I enjoyed it soooo much and me and the 2 horses will get along great. I think Rocky and I will become a great team. He use to be owned by a sheik which I think is very cool.

Bo and Rocky

Bo is a purebred American Paint Horse. Both these horses are papered.  Bo did great for Missy yesterday on the ride home. I so appreciate her for coming and riding him home but like I said we had a great time. It's been years since we went riding together.  We rode here on the place last weekend in the roundpen.  Wes finished fencing yesterday and put my arena back up for me. It's all beautiful.  

Back to Bo., he is 20 years old and a perfect gentleman. He is very laid back. Nothing much bothers him. I really do love these 2 and I am so glad I took the chance and took them. They will be very well loved here. 

Wes and I were going to go for a little ride today but it's been raining/storming on and off all day. 

I hope you'll keep up with our adventures on Rocky and Bo. Wes will be riding Bo. He is a bigger horse.

They truly are very special boys just as she said they were.
