Really???

As if it's not enough that my back is jacked up and I can't walk right I now have been diagnosed with Shingles. Oh and yes they hurt really bad. I've been put on antiviral medication for it and I'm on other crap for my back. Talking 7 medications right now.
This is not fun. I feel like SHIT.

Battle Won

After months of battling who knows what, Abby is looking fabulous again. She has gained a lot of her weight back, still have some to gain, and she is looking and feeling good. Sure thought I'd lose her. She is still up close to the house, still watching her and still getting grained 2 times a day. Not sure I'll ever turn her back out in the big pasture. 

Feeling Blessed

As I slowed down today because I had to it gave me time to enjoy my surroundings. I got to love on this precious baby, I hot to groom her momma and groomed my Trick. I got to move some of the horses around, got to watch them enjoy themselves. 
I'm very blessed to have what we have. I'm very blessed to have this wonderful man and relationship.
I've been forced to slow down because my lower back is messed up. My L3 is certainly causing a lot of very bad continously pain. I guess I needed to slow down.
Riding is on hold for a little bit so I will enjoy grooming and loving on the horses.
The baby is the most wonderful to play with. She would sit in your lap if she knew how. I know she will be so loved by Tay and I'll get to watch her grow up.
We'll need to sleep now.
