Brutus

I am very happy to report that Brutus is well now. It was touch and go for a while but he is back to his old self, eating on his own and even guarding the food and barks again, want to go play outside and is gaining weight. I am still making him spend his time in the house until he gains all his weight back. He may end up being a house dog till spring. He goes out to the front yard now but I don't leave him out. 

I'm thrilled that he is well again and going to be ok. The vet as well as us can't figure out what was wrong. It took a long time for him to get over it. At one point one of his eyes clouded over but it's clear again. It was all very weird!

Glad he is still with us. 

Maggie is due in about three and a half weeks. Her belly is getting big and her boobies are filling out. She will whelp in the laundry room. Wes is going to make whelping box for her and so the puppies can't crawl off.
