October 12, 2024 play day

Well it was a super fun day until it wasn't. 2nd to the last event I got hurt, fell off my horse because I lost my seat. I hit the ground hard. Ended up very bruised on my hip and lower back, contusion on my forehead, ended up with concussion and whiplash but I finished out my riding for the day. Had to have help getting back on my horse because I couldn't put weight on my left leg. So I continued on and got 2nd place in poles. Had I not fallen off My horse in barrels I would have had 1st place. The footing in the arena is not deep and needs to be better. We have another competition next weekend the 26 of October which is the last of the season. So practice time for the winter time.
