Turns out there is a recognized breed for my dog. As you can read from below they are a mixture carefully bred to look like a wolfdog but in reality just actually a dog. Not a wolfdog. They are Siberian husky, Alaskan Malamute and shepherd. I also read they are a combination of 5 breeds that mske up the Tamaskan. Yes folks a mutt or znother designer breed, whatever you want to call it, I don't care. Mine is an absolute doll so bonded to our family as well as the other dogs from chihuahua to great pyrenees. It's nice to know it's an actual breed because people saying he looks like a wolf gets old. They have wonderful temperaments and are very intelligent. Anyway, I think he is the best dog I've ever had. So look them up, pictures are incredible and puppy pictures of Dakota and pics of now look like they used him as z model. Highly recommend if you want a BIG dog that resembles a wolfdog. I happen to have a male and he is very big so these are not a dog for everyone because of their size. I wouldn't have it any other way though. He is a hpuse dog, sits, lays down, shakes with his paw as well as other tricks. Learned them quick too. Super smart. Easily trained. .ine is 8 months old and I've never had a dog that learned so fast. I'd love to get another.
