Well so far so good with Cinder and Cumos. They are getting established into the herd and last night was their first night to stay out all night with them. This morning there was a thick fog and I couldn't see anyone of the horses so I called Josey to come eat and I heard hooves. Lots of hooves. Yep there was Cinder and Cumos right on her heels. They stick very close to Josey. The rest of the herd came up as well. Its kinda strange hearing thundering hooves and seeing NOTHING. You kinda just stand to the side and wait so you don't get run over. Cinder and Cumos are enjoying being out in the pasture.
I am still so glad Belle is home. As soon as the cut on her back leg is healed we will do some riding. She is such a sweetheart. She was bred but we think she absorbed or slipped the foal. Its been a few years since she was bred. Belle will remain with us for the remainder of her life now. She is such a good girl.
Gonna be an awesome pretty day today. Think I will spend some time outside. Still kinda limited as to what I can do with my ankle but if I am careful with it and wear the brace it does ok for a while. Seriously need to take Fat Ass Trick out for some exercise. They boy is just a wide load. So think we might go for a ride today.
